I'm not sure this is the only pro-relationship answer to the problem, but it fits here.&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;It drives me bananas when colleagues go the "letter of the law" route - only giving others what they "pay" for, as if it's solely a transaction, rather than something alive, weaving threads, day to day - in other words, really relating to one another.
